As various states, cities, and businesses are reopening across the country, we are taking a cautious approach. Community amenities and common areas will remain closed.

Community Offices
We will continue to keep our offices closed to in-person visits except by appointment only to protect you and our employees.

Community Guidelines
Please continue to follow the Community Standards and your lease agreement. As a reminder, for the safety and well-being of our residents, swimming pools, trampolines, and cars on jacks are not permitted.

Community Operations
Our maintenance teams are ready to serve our residents in case of maintenance emergencies. We are now addressing any exterior work orders and urgent matters inside community-owned homes.

To limit unsafe overcrowding and maintain social distancing, we have temporarily closed amenities.

2. What is the projected timeline for opening the community offices and amenities?

We are evaluating this son a month-to-month basis and do not have an expected opening date at this time.

3. Am I required to wear a face-covering to my scheduled appointment with my community manager?

Yes, per the CDC guidelines, this will help better protect you and our employees.

4. Can I still pay my rent with a check?

Yes, please put it in the office dropbox. Your community manager will be in every weekday to deposit rent payments.
