Health & Safety

The health and well-being of our residents, guests and employees is a top priority at Strive Communities. As the circumstances surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, we feel it’s important to connect directly with our residents, our partners, and our teams, in order to share informative updates. We continue to closely monitor this situation and are taking guidance from county health professionals and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

We are taking extra measures to clean and sanitize common areas and community offices. We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously and will continue to monitor and implement the latest cleaning and prevention protocols where appropriate.

Events and Common Areas
We have closed all community amenities; clubhouses, playgrounds, common areas, and other spaces. Additionally, we have postponed all resident events until future notice.

Community Offices
To prevent the spread of illness and practice social distancing, our community offices are currently open by appointment only. You can reach us via phone or e-mail to schedule an appointment.

Community Guidelines
Please continue to follow the Community Standards and your lease agreement. Now that so many of us are spending more time at home, residents may be looking for ways to keep busy. This could be a great time to tackle spring clean-up projects around your home and site! As a reminder, for the safety and well-being of our residents, swimming pools, trampolines, and cars on jacks are not permitted.

Community Operations
Our maintenance teams are ready to serve our residents in case of maintenance emergencies. However, we have taken precautions to protect the health and safety of all of our residents and team members. In doing so, we have put all non-essential service requests on hold and will be postponing our Seasonal Service Visits.

Need Assistance
We are aware of and are sensitive to the impact that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on some of our residents, their jobs, and their households. We want to encourage our residents who have been affected by the Coronavirus (whether through illness or job/wage loss) and who are concerned that they may not be able to pay April rent on the 1st, to call their community manager to discuss available resources. We kindly ask that you leave all rental payments in the rent dropbox or pay using your online resident portal at If you have any questions about setting up your online account, go to If you have any other questions or concerns about your account or community, please call or email your community office directly. We are committed to working with all of our residents through this difficult time and will continue to post updates as circumstances change and evolve.
